Job Title: Business Analyst Job Location: Bangalore Experience: 6 Years Working Mode: Hybrid 3 days onsite per week Technologies: AI, API, RPA tools, Ui Path iSource Services is hiring for one of their client for the position of Business Analyst. About the role: The qualified candidate is responsible for analyzing business needs, processes, and data to identify problems, propose solutions, and drive improvements through detailed requirements gathering, data analysis, and communication with stakeholders, ultimately ensuring projects align with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: AI and API: Design and develop AI models (e.g., predictive analytics, recommendation systems, natural language processing) considering business goals and technical feasibility, including API integration points. RPA implementation: Identifying and implementing automated solutions for repetitive tasks within a business process using RPA tools. Data Manipulation: Data extraction, transformation, and loading using Ui Path data manipulation tools. Project management: Keep thorough records of business requirements, process models, project plans, and solution designs to facilitate project implementation and provide future reference Ui Path Platform: Expertise in Ui Path Studio, Orchestrator, and other Ui Path components. Developing automation solutions: Designing and building RPA bots using chosen RPA tools (e.g., Ui Path, Automation) Process Mining Expertise: Proficient in using process mining tools like Celonis, Disco, or Ui Path Process Mining to analyze event logs, build process models, and generate insights. Data analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, problems, and opportunities. Process modeling: Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in business processes. Market research: Conduct research to understand the market and competitors. Budgeting and forecasting: Create budgets and forecasts to help with decision-making. Workflow Design: Understanding of best practices for building efficient and scalable RPA workflows. Stakeholder management: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements Testing and Debugging: Experience with testing automation processes and troubleshooting errors. Business process modeling, RPA tools (Ui Path), insurance industry expertise. Data analysis, stakeholder management, project management. AI, API concepts, process mining tools, industry regulations, experience in industry sectors. Ui Path Platform: Expertise in Ui Path Studio, Orchestrator, and other Ui Path components. RPA Development: Ability to design, develop, and deploy automated workflows using Ui Path activities. Data Manipulation: Data extraction, transformation, and loading using Ui Path data manipulation tools. Workflow Design: Understanding of best practices for building efficient and scalable RPA workflows. Testing and Debugging: Experience with testing automation processes and troubleshooting errors.
