Job Title: Business Analyst Job Typr: Contract Location: Bangalore Job Description: Business Analyst- Sox Auditor Responsibilities: • Perform internal control audits of financial applications/processes/tools and procedures to ensure compliance with SOX regulations. • Write narratives and prepare flowcharts documenting internal control processes and current procedures. • Develop and execute work programs to test the operational effectiveness of key controls. • Work with Sox and Internal teams to resolve audit findings and ensure proper documentation of all significant processes. • Conduct risk assessments, identify potential weaknesses, and recommend solutions. • Summarize test results and communicate any control deficiencies to process owners, providing recommendations for remediation. Qualifications: • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. • Good to have Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, CISA, or equivalent. • Minimum of 3+ year experience in a 404 environment/ auditing, either as a consultant or Process analyst or internal employee, is valuable. • Good to have a background from IT/Customer service/BPM fields • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, ERP systems, and risk management. • Good to have knowledge on Order to Cash process, service offering and Quoting. • Proficient in Excel and good to have SQL knowledge • Understand how ERP, BPM, CRM and BI tools operate Candidate should be/have • Outstanding Analytical and Logical Thinking Ability who can develop valuable insights from the business data available • Meticulous professional who has accuracy and attention to details in the work performed • Excellent Presentation Skills and Knowledge in various presentation tools • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Self Starter and Independent Professional who can work with limited supervision • Should be good at time management and own end to end responsibility on tasks
