Business Affairs Coordinator

As a Senior Business Affairs Coordinator at Hogarth's newly established Chennai operation in India, your role will be crucial in supporting all global centers. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with esteemed luxury clients and affiliates, engaging with TV channels to obtain specifications and delivery deadlines. Your responsibilities will include coordinating project schedules, obtaining media plans, and ensuring all necessary clearance information is secured. Your proactive approach in managing tasks both independently and as part of a team will be essential in this role. **Responsibilities:** - Participate in project status meetings to determine delivery timelines and project schedules. - Collaborate with luxury clients and affiliates to acquire TV media plans. - Coordinate with Transcreation account management team for production prioritization. - Retrieve media schedules and ensure clearance information is in place. - Research TV clearance and regulations in international markets. - Negotiate voice-over studio fees and arrange additional licensing as required. - Coordinate digital delivery and organize playout schedules. **Requirements:** - Familiarity with international clearance bodies and procedures. - Knowledge of international rights management. - Experience with international distribution processes and suppliers. - Ability to manage multiple tasks independently or as part of a team. - Tech-savvy and adaptable to new technologies. - Proactive in expanding and enhancing the TV Admin department.
