Job Summary:

Need Eighty Two Forex and Travels Private Limited is looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Advisor to guide the company’s business strategy, improve operational performance, strengthen client relationships, and support overall business expansion. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales strategy, business consulting, market analysis, and process improvement, especially within the Forex, Travel, and Tourism industry.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Strategy

• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships for the company.
• Provide expert advice on improving business operations, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Develop business plans, growth strategies, and performance-improvement recommendations.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to support decision-making.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and partners.
• Offer guidance to clients regarding travel, forex, and related financial services.
• Resolve high-level client issues and ensure excellent service delivery.

Operational Improvements

• Review internal processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost control.
• Work closely with management to streamline workflows across departments.
• Support the creation of SOPs, policies, and business process documentation.

Sales & Revenue Development

• Guide sales teams on achieving targets and optimizing conversion rates.
• Help design promotional strategies, pricing structures, and new service offerings.
• Assist in launching new travel products, forex services, or customer programs.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare business performance reports, MIS summaries, and actionable insights.
• Track key business metrics and highlight improvement areas.
• Present findings and recommendations directly to top management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in business consulting, advisory roles, sales strategy, or operations management (preferably in forex, travel, or services sector).
• Strong understanding of business planning, market research, and revenue models.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, make strategic recommendations, and influence decisions.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and business reporting tools.
