Roles and Responsibilities Manage accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and inventory management. Ensure accurate financial reporting by maintaining books of accounts according to GAAP principles. Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. Develop and implement effective internal controls to mitigate risks associated with jewelry manufacturing industry. Desired Candidate Profile 8-12 years of experience in finance & accounts role, preferably in gems & jewellery retail industry. M.Com (Any Specialization) / MBA/PGDM (Finance) degree from a recognized institution. Strong knowledge of accountancy principles, accounting standards, auditing requirements, tax laws, and regulatory compliance norms.
