The Tech Delivery Lead at Accenture Technology for Operations, Career Level 6, is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions and services for operations clients. This dynamic position requires a blend of technical expertise, project management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership in order to drive successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Location and Work Environment This position is based in India, with opportunities for travel or remote collaboration as per project requirements. - Generative AI: Power user of enterprise Generative AI software like Microsoft Copilot or equivalent.
- Domain Knowledge: Experience in Marketing Operations and/or leading Gen AI powered Marketing operations transformation is essential
- Client-Facing Experience: Prior experience working directly with global clients in a consulting or delivery capacity.
- Delivers results in fast-paced, evolving requirements by adapting to shifting priorities and maintaining project focus.
- Project Delivery Management: Proven experience in leading and delivering complex technology projects in a marketing operations environment.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients, team members, and senior leadership.
- Team Leadership: Demonstrated capability to manage, mentor, and motivate diverse project teams.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address delivery challenges.
- Process Orientation: Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, or other recognised delivery frameworks.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Time and Risk Management: Ability to prioritise, manage multiple tasks, and mitigate risks under tight deadlines.
- Certifications: Project management (PMP, PRINCE2), Agile/Scrum Master, ITIL, or relevant technical certifications.
- Change Management: Understanding of change management principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of Data Privacy and Compliance: Awareness of data protection regulations (GDPR, etc.) and compliance requirements in technology delivery.

- Lead the delivery of agentic solutions for operations clients, ensuring alignment with client requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
- Manage cross-functional project teams, including solution architects, developers, business analysts, and testers.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage expectations throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, using Accenture’s delivery methodologies and best practices.
- Identify risks and issues proactively and drive resolution to ensure project success.
- Ensure integration of technology solutions with existing client systems and operations processes.
- Monitor and report on project progress, milestones, and deliverables to senior management and clients.
- Clearly articulate the gap in existing product features and client account requirements and formulate a plan to address the gap.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance skills, performance, and career growth.
- Ensure compliance with Accenture and client security, quality, and regulatory standards.
