Role Description:

We are seeking a full-time Sales Manager (Bus Head) for an on-site Bus division based in Bangalore Urban. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales activities, develop innovative strategies to attract potential customers, and assist the team in achieving sales goals. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions, supporting the sales team, providing guidance, and contributing to a positive sales environment.

If you have a strong background in corporate transportation or employee mobility services, and a passion for building meaningful client relationships, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities Area:

Drive new business opportunities in the corporate transport sector.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients.
Prepare customized proposals and commercials.
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets.
Represent our brand at key client meetings and industry events.

Qualifications:

Proven expertise in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Business Development.

Proficiency in analyzing sales data and preparing performance reports.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Experience in the automotive industry or vehicle sales is an advantage.
