Location: Hyderabad, India Working Experience: 2-3 yrs About the Role: We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Operations Manager to lead our marketplace & D2C operations. You'll be the driving force ensuring our offerings are live, priced correctly, well-listed, and aligned across channels. You will interface across teams (product, marketing, supply chain, customer support) and ensure operational excellence in every step. Key responsibilities Manage end-to-end marketplace operations (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) and our own D2C site Ensure listing hygiene: active SKUs, correct attributes, quality images & content, SEO copy, variant mapping Monitor and optimize pricing strategy across marketplaces to maintain competitiveness and margins Manage inventory sync, stock replenishment, backorder handling, and avoid stockouts or overstock Perform routine audits on listings (e.g. missing fields, suppressed listings) and resolve issues Liaise with catalog, design, and content teams to ensure product data alignment Coordinate with supply chain / logistics for smooth fulfillment across channels Monitor marketplace policies, compliance, and terms (e.g. returns, listing guidelines) Generate and analyze marketplace performance reports (sales, conversion, returns, cancellations, impressions) Identify operational bottlenecks & drive process improvements, automation, and SOPs Collaborate with marketing & ad teams for promotions, deals, and marketplace campaigns Manage third-party service providers or agencies (if any) for listing ops, content, or catalog
