Position: International Client Support Executive (Voice/Chat/Blended)

Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction:
Provide assistance to UK and US customers via chat, voice, and email, ensuring effective communication.
Problem Resolution:
Resolve customer issues with patience, empathy, and timely solutions, handling both simple and complex cases.
Communication Skills:
Deliver clear and professional responses, adjusting tone and style based on the communication channel and customer preferences.
Follow-Up:
Proactively follow up with customers to ensure full issue resolution and satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria:

Experience:
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in International Voice and Chat Process.
Education:
Graduates or undergraduates with strong English language skills.
Work Schedule:
Ability to work flexible shifts (5 days working, 2 days off).
