Buildofy is searching for architects, passionate about documenting architecture projects in detail. You will handle full value chain of content which includes: Interviewing Architects Compiling & Designing eBooks Traveling to Project Site for Video Shoots Video Editing Writing Blog Articles This would need you to have hands on knowledge of tools like Adobe Premiere Pro / Da Vinci for video editing and InDesign + Photoshop for eBook design. ROLE SUMARY Be a part of the core team by identifying, storyboarding and producing architecture video content, loved by millions of viewers worldwide. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Handle the complete content cycle from storyboard, editing to broadcast of Buildofy's architecture videos and eBooks. Edit videos from raw footage to final output files. Understand the project and brainstorm the content requirements with the architects and cinematographers. Ideate themes for potential video series. Write copy and articles on the projects broadcasted. REQUIREMENTS You need to be a qualified architect with a passion in video content production. Hands on knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro / Da Vinci, InDesign and Photoshop. Fantastic verbal and written communications skills. Ensure that your basic grammar, vocabulary and most importantly punctuation is in place. Relevant experience is a bonus! Incorporate the filmmaker's content cut into the editing process to create compelling stories. Collaborate with the filmmakers and architecture journalists to understand the project's goals and deliver high-quality edits. KEY TASKS Assemble and organize raw footage for editing. Follow the provided script, screenplay, or outline to craft the video narrative. Enhance footage by adding sound, selecting appropriate music, and incorporating voice-overs. Integrate graphics and visual effects to elevate the video content. Correct and improve lighting, color, and other technical aspects of the footage.
