Job Description

As a Workspace Facility Executive in Corporate Solutions (Integrated Facilities Management), your role is to ensure that Workspace services are consistently delivered at a high standard to enhance the Occupant and Guest Experience. Your responsibilities include: - Transforming the Workspace Team of the future by delivering the best level of service through attention to detail - Ensuring resets back to agreed format, including owning Clear Deck policy and Lost property process enactment - Conducting proactive checks on workspace conditions to maintain a refreshed and clean environment - Managing client/stakeholder relationships and exceeding Key Performance Indicators - Encouraging teamwork and performance excellence among staff - Implementing operational controls, procedures, and policies to achieve excellence - Managing vendors to deliver Workspace-related services and ensure service deliverables meet SLAs and KPIs - Implementing continuous improvement strategies and driving a cost-saving mindset - Managing multiple locations and experience in managing R&M work for multiple locations Qualification Required: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong analytical, organizational, and administration skills - Minimum of 5 years of experience in the facility management industry/hospitality industry - Fluency in Cantonese and English Critical Competencies for Success: - Client Focus & Relationship Management - People Management and Team Leadership - Program Management & Organizational Skills - Problem Solving & Strategic Thinking Other Personal Characteristics: - Detail-oriented and proactive - Self-motivated - Honest and trusthworthy - Open to new ideas and willing to challenge the status quo - Works well with diverse teams from various countries/cultures Please note that a Bachelor's degree in facilities management, building, business, or related field is beneficial but not mandatory for this role.,
