𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

We are seeking a skilled Energy Simulation Expert to join our dynamic team. This role involves conducting detailed energy and daylight simulations for green building and high-performance projects, analyzing building performance, and proposing energy-efficient strategies that comply with relevant codes and certification requirements.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

 • Perform energy and daylight simulations using tools such as eQuest, OpenStudio, Design Builder and similar software.

 • Analyze HVAC systems, lighting, and building envelopes for energy optimization.

 • Prepare detailed reports and recommendations aligned with LEED, IGBC, GRIHA and other green building certifications.

 • Ensure compliance with relevant energy codes such as ASHRAE 90.1 ,and ECBC.

 • Collaborate closely with architects, MEP engineers, and clients to integrate sustainable solutions during the design process.

 • Support project documentation and presentations for certification submittals.

𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:

 • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Science, or related field.

 • Minimum 2 years of experience in energy simulation and building performance analysis.

 • Proficiency in eQuest, OpenStudio, or equivalent energy modeling tools.

 • Solid understanding of ASHRAE 90.1, ECBC, and related building energy standards.

 • Knowledge of HVAC system design, daylighting analysis, and building envelope performance.

 • Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
