Job Description

As a member of the Computing Systems Product Group team at Cisco, you will be working in a dynamic environment with top-tiered engineers and motivated junior engineers. Your role will involve collaborating with a fast-paced SQA team to deliver the Server Management BMC, BIOS, Utilities, Storage, and related functionality of the Unified Computing System. - **Work mainly in a Linux/Docker environment. - Develop automation using Pipeline Scripts using Groovy, Python, Perl, or Bash. - Collaborate with Git using Bitbucket/GitHub collaborative tools. - Develop productivity tools around SQL db using PHP. - Maintain Apache, Jenkins, dB, and Coverity servers. - Support pull-request workflow for continuous code integration. - Help debug build and release issues. - Assist with posting software images to Cisco.com. - Embrace new technologies as they emerge.** Qualifications required for this role include: - **Having a support-oriented mindset with a customer-first attitude. - Demonstrating a passion for DevOps. - Experience in leading and deploying projects effectively. - Being open to taking risks, trying new things, and having no fear of failure. - Holding a degree in Engineering with 8-11 years of experience or a master's with 5+ years of experience working in a Linux/Docker environment, supporting Build/Release Environment, developing Groovy, Python, Perl, working with Git, and providing customer support.** At Cisco, we are committed to developing innovative technology and fostering a more inclusive, digital future for everyone.
