Study of contract document, drawing, schedule, specifications & BOQ.
Cost Estimation at various stages of the projects based on the engineering inputs.
Preparation & review of Budget with inputs from all the concerned departments.
Forecasting total project cost, annual cost, and monthly cash flow.
Development and preparation of costing related MIS reports.
Preparation & analysing cost variances and recommending cost-saving measures to top management.
Development, testing and implementation of Budget, cost variances related reports in ERP.
Support in finalization of specialized/bought out items.
- Exposure of budgeting and costing for B & F sector preferred.
- Experience in High-rise building preferred
