Location: Noida, Sector 62 Remuneration: INR 11.20 to 14.12 Lakh Apply By: 21st November 2025 Purpose of the role: The Team Leader Data & Insights (TLDI) is responsible for analyzing and visualizing data to identify trends and attribution to the results. The TLDI will be accountable for analyzing all forms of data, review and interpretation, prepare reports with reflection of charts, graphs and infographics etc. and visualizing it through Power BI and other tools. Responsible for research/study design and internal evaluation of Brooke India in coordination with SPLPP and HSPPS. Key Task & Responsibilities: Team Leader Data & Insights (TLDI) is expected to carry out work as mentioned below: Ensuring data analytics efforts align with business objectives. Ability to communicate effectively across the organization to address stakeholders priorities and expectations Design and oversee the entire data journey from field data collection and its sanitization to data analysis and visualization The role will support in Impact Assessment. Analyze and present data from across the organization including animal health and welfare, owner behavior, livelihoods etc. Ensure up to date key documentation and all monthly reporting is updated and completed Coordinate collections and collation of data and ensure its safe storage. Conduct data analysis to identify trends and attributes to the organizational results. Ensure Power BI dashboard for BI is accurate and updated. Design and implement automation of processes, removing the need for manual data intervention. Ensure data analysis using various tools with the relevant project team leaders and ensure the analysis is reviewed, interpreted, and documented. Analyze all forms of data in different frequencies based on Animal Health Mentoring Framework / Farriery Mentoring Framework, Equine Welfare Owner Behavior, RBM and other tools. Prepare data reports (charts, graphs, tables, infographics) at regular basis and as and when required by BI Program. Oversee the implementation of data governance practices to maintain data standards and security Ensure timely reports, dashboards, and presentations to stakeholders, summarizing key insights and trends in accordance to business needs. Drive the development of performance reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor business performance. Support in preparation of assessment reports (tabulation, % and score table) at regular intervals as per need of BI Program, Support field staff in data analysis, and Provide data analytical support for generating evidences, case studies. Research/study design of BI and report in coordination with SPLPP & HSPPS. Bachelor of Engineering/Computer science or equivalent specialization in Math / Statistics / Finance / Business/Rural Management/information systems/ Postgraduate diploma with study of these specialties 2. 5 years relevant work experience in programme/project monitoring & evaluation and/or data management, analysis and visualization 3. Experience of collecting, compiling & analysing data from various databases & performing statistical analyses 4. Good knowledge of Excel, Power BI, R, Python, SPSS or STATA software 5. Experience of training and building capacity of programme staff on data analysis, data management and related topics 6. Experience in designing and implementing process improvement initiatives related to data collection, analysis or presentation 7. Have love for animals and be willing to work for their welfare Desirable 1. Master of Engineering/Computer science or equivalent specialization in Math / Statistics / Finance / Business/Rural Management/information systems/ Postgraduate diploma with study of these specialties 2. Experience in Project Management Systems Skills and Abilities Essential 1. Excellent/Advanced computer skills 2.
