Job Title: Content Monitoring Work experience: Freshers (Immediate joiners) Qualifications: Any Graduate (full-time) Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office Only) Should be available for face to face interview Job Purpose: Ensure seamless live channel broadcasts through continuous monitoring and quality control checks. Key Responsibilities: Monitor multiple live channels for any disruptions. Perform regular QC on video/audio quality, EPG accuracy, and broadcast standards. Review logs for issues and escalate to the concerned team. Coordinate with channel providers and clients for updates and resolutions. Skills Required: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
