Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our brand’s online presence. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns across platforms to increase engagement, drive traffic, and support business goals. Role responsibilities: Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat etc.) Create and schedule engaging content, including graphics, videos, and reels, aligned with brand tone Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and manage online reputation Analyze performance metrics and generate monthly reports using tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc. Collaborate with design, content, and product teams for coordinated campaigns Stay updated with trends, platform updates, and competitor activities Run paid ad campaigns (boosted posts, lead gen, etc.) and optimize for ROI Manage influencer collaborations, giveaways, and partnerships Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices Proficiency in tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, and basic video editing apps Excellent written and visual communication skills Analytical mindset with an understanding of performance metrics (CTR, reach, engagement) Experience with paid social campaigns and audience targeting Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or Google Ads is a plus Prior experience with e-commerce, D2C, or B2B social media is a bonus Brightpoint Infotech Human Resource Management Please share your updated resumes & references to the Human Resource Manager for further communication.
