You’ll be actively contributing to how we at Bricx, position ourselves, show up online & build trust with founders, product leads & other key decision makers in the SaaS & AI space. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, with a penchant for relentless testing and experimentation. Previous digital marketing experience (6-12 months) is a plus. Responsibilities Content Research & Curation: Help turn Reddit threads, founder posts, Twitter content, and industry news into engaging, value-driven post ideas. Social Media Writing (LinkedIn & X): Assist in crafting and scheduling daily content, carousels, and visuals aligned with our voice SEO & Blog Contributions: Research keywords, prepare article outlines, and support content briefs for UX/AI-focused blog posts. Also come up with potential strategies that’ll not only help improve our discoverability online, but also get us more clicks, impressions and conversions. Campaign Execution: Support launch of mini-campaigns, partnerships, and other marketing ideas. You’ll also be tasked with brainstorming, writing and executing potential outbound campaigns that help us achieve our goals. Competitor Analysis: Help track what other top-tier design agencies and SaaS products are doing, and surface ideas. Brand Building: Think and write like a strategist, not just a doer — if something can be improved, speak up. Founder's Support: Occasionally help package insights from meetings, calls, or feedback loops into content, marketing/sales assets or decks. Documentation & Execution: You’ll also be tasked with executing and documenting each growth or marketing experiment we undertake, in close collaboration with the marketing and design teams. What We’re Looking For? Someone with some level of experience (6-12 months) in SEO, content & copywriting or has previous work experience in marketing. Someone who’s a self-starter, can actively bring new ideas & is engaged in relentless execution. You’re someone who reads Reddit and marketing-related blogs regularly, follows conversations around SaaS, startups and UX/AI. Strong writing skills, with a basic understanding of analytics-focused tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Ahrefs/SEMRush among others. You’re curious, self-managed, and pro-active — you won’t wait to be told what to do You have a decent grip on startups, design, or B2B SaaS (or are willing to learn fast) You actively use tools like Notion, ChatGPT, Figma & SurferSEO. (basic understanding preferred). Prompt engineering experience is a plus. Bonus : You’ve worked on SEO, social media or content marketing previously, and have case studies to show (not required, but will be a good plus). 📌Important Notes Fully remote — but async doesn’t mean slow.
