Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Own and execute the optimization and reconfiguration of the Braze CRM platform, ensuring it is configured for optimal use across two markets. Work with various data feeds (ETL-based and real-time API-based events) to identify issues and improve their integration with the platform. Analyze, identify, and migrate other tools and systems (e.g., SendGrid, Retool) used for sending emails into Braze. Explore and implement integrations between Braze and the Dixa CS platform to enhance functionality and data sharing for the CS teams. Provide CRM users with training and documentation that explains the best practices and guides them on optimal usage of the platform. Document all technical work to ensure the tech team can maintain and extend the platform in the future. Work independently to handle technical aspects, while coordinating with non-technical CRM users to understand their requirements, pain points, and keep them updated with progress. Seek support from Braze's CS team for best practices and recommendations when necessary. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in configuring and optimizing CRM platforms, specifically Braze, with hands-on technical expertise. Strong understanding of API integrations, ETL processes, and event-based data feeds. Experience working with email technologies like SendGrid, Retool, or similar tools, with the ability to migrate them into a CRM system. Familiarity with the Dixa CS platform and its integrations with CRM systems. Ability to work independently with minimal support and manage complex technical work. Good communication skills to interact with non-technical CRM users and provide training and guidance. Experience in documenting technical processes and solutions to ensure easy handover for ongoing maintenance and extension. Additional Information: This is a hybrid work opportunity (work from home and office). The contract duration is 6 months. The candidate will be responsible for executing the entire CRM reconfiguration and optimization process independently.
