On-boardingFollow up with the selected candidates. Build timely connections with new joiners resulting in joining and retention.Handling pre and post-joining formalities.3. Employee Engagement and fun at work (Skip Levels, Townhalls)To provide multiple communication platforms and increase the levels of engagement within the organization.Planning and Managing employee recreational activities, trips, events, etc.4. Performance ManagementManaging Probation Period Reviews.Completing Annual Appraisals.Managing PIPDesigning and implementing Performance driven work culture5. Training & DevelopmentManage and coordinate Training programs.6. Attrition ManagementTo increase employee satisfaction and retention, especially through non-monetary measuresMaintaining cordial Employee relations.7. Employee TransactionsTo provide timely and satisfactory resolution to queries, including directing queries to the right owners.8.
