Job Description

Job Title: Executive - Branding Job Overview: As an Executive in the Branding department, he will play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to branding standards, managing processes related to material, deployment, tracking, and overall brand integrity. Your responsibilities will extend to cost analysis, ROI evaluation, vendor management, NPL management, request handling, and market inspections. The role requires a keen eye for detail, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Branding Standards & Process: Implement and uphold branding standards across all materials and channels. Oversee the end-to-end process of material ordering, deployment, and tracking. 2. Cost & ROI Management: Analyze the cost-effectiveness of branding assets. Evaluate ROI for different branding initiatives. Collaborate with relevant departments on ACP, VZ, SIS/SU, and overall branding asset management. 3. NPL Management: Efficiently handle NPL ordering, inspection, deployment, and auditing processes and ensure compliance with NPL management guidelines and standards. 4. Vendor Management: Conduct inspections to ensure vendor compliance and rank vendors based on performance. 5. Request Handling: Handle requests for new material, rectifications, shuffling, and scrap. Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of requests. 6. Mechanism and Operations: Collaborate with company operations, channel distribution, and supply chain management. Contribute to the development and optimization of branding mechanisms. 7. Satisfaction Surveys: Conduct satisfaction surveys for the team, vendors, and markets. Utilize feedback to enhance branding processes. 8. NPL Deployment and Process Management: Streamline NPL material deployment and ensure effective management of the process. 9. Value Addition: Analyze ROI, cost, and resource utilization for value addition. Contribute to brand-perceived value through innovation and adaptability. 10. Market Inspection and Analysis: Conduct market inspections, audits, and situation analysis. Prepare AOI (Area of Interest) reports based on findings. 11. Channel Management: Collaborate with sales, ASM (Area Sales Manager), and BM (Branch Manager) for cost analysis, project updates, branding initiatives, and NPL management. 12. Supervision and Resource Utilization: Supervise branding activities to prevent wrong deployments. Stay informed about competition, innovation, and market strategy to optimize resource utilization. Manage branding payouts and ensure market hygiene 13. MIS Reporting: -Maintain and update MIS reports related to branding activities. -Track deployment, cost analysis, vendor performance, and other key metrics. -Provide data-driven insights to improve branding strategies and optimize expenditures. -Ensure timely reporting and analysis to support decision-making processes. Qualifications and Skills: Age limit: less than 28 years Work experience- 2 to 3 years Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in branding, marketing, or a related role. Proficiency in MIS reporting and data analysis tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
