Job Description

As an experienced and visionary Branding and Corporate Communications Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive brand and communication strategies to build, strengthen, and differentiate the company's identity. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing brand and communication strategies across various platforms to shape the company's identity. - Managing brand guidelines for a consistent corporate image on digital, print, PR, and events. - Leading storytelling initiatives to effectively communicate the company's mission, values, and vision. - Driving corporate communication strategy, including press releases, media relations, crisis communication, and executive messaging. - Collaborating with leadership to align branding and communication efforts with business goals. - Developing employer branding strategies to attract and retain top talent. - Analyzing brand perception and communication effectiveness to provide strategic recommendations. - Overseeing the creation of high-quality content for digital channels, campaigns, presentations, and reports. - Managing budgets and vendors for branding, PR, and communications projects. To excel in this role, you should have: - 5-12 years of experience in branding, corporate communications, and strategy, preferably in startups or small to mid-sized companies. - Demonstrated ability to build and scale brands across digital, social, PR, and traditional media platforms. - Expertise in communication planning, stakeholder management, and strategic positioning. - Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills with attention to detail. - Proficiency in tools like MS PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent. - Project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Preferred qualifications include an MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Branding, Corporate Communications, or related fields, exposure to global communications and multi-cultural branding, and experience in crisis communication and reputation management.
