Location: Ajmal Bismi Hypermarket, Thodupuzha Outlet Type: Branded Seafood Retail Outlet Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in customer-facing/promotional roles Positions Open: 2 ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for energetic, outgoing, and creative Female Brand Promoters to represent Pantry’s seafood outlet at Ajmal Bismi Hypermarket, Thodupuzha. You'll play a key role in attracting customers, organizing in-store activities, and boosting brand visibility through fun, engaging experiences. This is more than a sales role. It's about creating memorable moments and helping our brand stand out. WORK TIMINGS : 11.00 AM to 08.30 PM KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Engage customers with energy, warmth, and clear product knowledge Conduct and manage fun in-store activities, seafood awareness games, mini-events etc Execute local promotional campaigns to drive footfall and visibility Work closely with the marketing team to implement brand strategies at the outlet Distribute promotional materials and introduce new offers to walk-in customers Assist in organizing seasonal or festive events to enhance the shopping experience Maintain a neat, professional appearance in line with brand standards Track and report on customer interactions and campaign effectiveness Provide feedback from customers to help improve service and promotion strategies CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 6 months of experience in promotion, retail sales, hospitality, or customer service Outgoing personality with excellent communication and crowd-handling skills Strong organisational skills to manage events or activities inside the outlet Fluent in Malayalam; basic English/Hindi preferred Creativity, confidence, and passion for engaging with people Comfortable working in shifts and on weekends/festive days if required Must be polite, team-oriented, and energetic WHAT WE OFFER: Free food and accommodation for selected candidates Timely salary and performance-based incentives Opportunities to lead and organise fun promotional activities Personal development and growth in a vibrant team culture Safe, women-friendly workplace with open communication Be part of a growing, people-first brand redefining seafood retail Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Health insurance Internet reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
