As we grow, we’re looking for someone who can bring structure, ownership, and creativity to our brand marketing engine. About the role This is a hybrid role that sits at the heart of Brand and Product Marketing. You’ll be the go-to person who keeps our engine running — from product and campaign launches to creative follow-ups and cross-channel promotions. What you'll do: Brand Management & Ops Execute brand strategy and communications in line with our positioning and guidelines Coordinate with creative agencies and ensure timely delivery of assets Keep our Instagram, LinkedIn, and internal brand assets fresh and consistent Support awareness initiatives that build long-term equity and recall Help maintain our tone of voice and update the brand playbook as needed Product Marketing Plan and execute go-to-market campaigns for product and feature launches Write and adapt messaging for push, email, in-app, and social Work with CRM tools to drive targeted communication across cohorts Track performance of campaigns and suggest improvements Identify user insights and tailor marketing to showcase product value What you bring 2–4 years of experience in brand, product marketing, or campaign promotion A creative and strategic mindset Strong coordination skills — you're reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented A good eye for copy and design — you know when something needs polish Comfort using tools like MoEngage, WebEngage, or similar CRM platforms Bonus points: Experience in fintech, investing, or trading domains Interest in what makes a brand memorable and a product sticky Why you'd enjoy being here: You’ll be part of a tight-knit team that values ownership, speed, and thoughtful work You’ll get to contribute across brand campaigns, product launches, and platform content You’ll learn what it really means to build a high-performance brand from the inside out Show more Show less
