🚀 We’re Hiring! | Brand Partnerships & Business Development Manager (Chennai – Full-Time)

Sakshi Studios and OKUUFIT are expanding — and we’re looking for a dynamic person who can help scale both the personal brand of Sakshi Agarwal and the upcoming wellness brand.

This role is for someone who is excited to build, pitch, negotiate and create real opportunities — not just manage tasks.

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing

• Work closely with Sakshi to pitch her as an actor, founder and public personality to:

• Brands for collaborations (Instagram, YouTube)

• Events, inaugurations, celebrity appearances

• Podcasts, interviews, panel discussions & media features

• Build and maintain strong relationships with PR agencies, influencer networks, event firms and brand marketing teams.

• Aggressively follow up, negotiate and close deals.

• Parallelly begin research and team planning for OKUUFIT 

• Contribute to early sales, distribution & marketing strategy for OKUUFIT once the product is ready.

• Set weekly targets, report progress and take ownership.

🔹 You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Are based in Chennai (mandatory)

• Have experience in brand partnerships, PR, influencer marketing or business development

• Are proactive, persuasive and not afraid to knock on doors till they open

• Can write professional emails, pitch decks, negotiate smartly and follow through

• Want to grow with a brand from its foundation stage
