Job Description

As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing various advertising campaigns and initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing and coordinating radio and TV advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and target audience. - Overseeing the planning and execution of hoardings, billboards, and other outdoor advertising initiatives. - Enhancing brand visibility through strategic placement of advertisements across media channels, optimizing reach and engagement. - Leading and executing grassroots marketing campaigns such as events, social media activations, community engagement, and street promotions to build brand presence. - Conducting on-ground activities such as promotional events, local influencer engagement, and brand activations to increase awareness. - Working with advertising and media agencies to plan and execute campaigns, negotiate deals, and track performance. - Conducting competitor analysis, monitoring market trends, and gathering consumer feedback to improve campaigns and strategies. - Monitoring and reporting on the performance of field marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with KPIs and campaign objectives. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in field marketing, media planning, or brand management. - Strong experience with traditional and digital advertising platforms (radio, TV, outdoor, social media). - Knowledge of media buying, campaign management, and audience segmentation. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Creative and strategic thinking with a keen eye for detail. - Proficiency in social media platforms and understanding of online/offline brand-building strategies. Please note that the job type for this position is full-time, and the work location is in person at Yavatmal, Maharashtra. The ability to commute or relocate to Yavatmal, Maharashtra, is preferred. The preferred language skills include Marathi, Hindi, and English.
