Job Description

Designation: Brand Marketing Manager Location: Sector-56, Gurgaon Working Mode: WFO, (5.5 Days with Alternate Saturdays Off) Experience: 3+ Years Role Overview As our Brand Marketing Manager , you will be responsible for shaping the voice of the brand, leading 360ยฐ marketing campaigns, driving brand equity, and managing all external communication including PR and influencer partnerships. You will play a key role in scaling our brand presence across channels and customer touchpoints, ensuring consistency, resonance, and relevance. Key Responsibilities ๐Ÿ”น Brand Strategy & Development Build and evolve the brand identity, voice, and positioning across all platforms Develop brand guidelines and ensure brand consistency across touchpoints Lead consumer insight generation to inform brand direction and messaging ๐Ÿ”น Campaign Planning & Execution Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, ATL, BTL) Work cross-functionally to launch seasonal, product, and category campaigns Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for impact and ROI ๐Ÿ”น Public Relations & Thought Leadership Manage PR strategy, media relations, and press releases to drive earned media Cultivate relationships with key journalists, publications, and influencers Position the brand and leadership team as industry thought leaders ๐Ÿ”น Content & Storytelling Lead the narrative across platforms โ€” website, social, email, product packaging Collaborate with creative teams for compelling copy, visuals, and video Leverage customer stories and UGC to build emotional brand connection ๐Ÿ”น Performance & Insights Define and track brand health metrics (awareness, sentiment, share of voice) Use consumer insights, research, and analytics to guide brand decisions Work with growth and digital teams to ensure brand-performance alignment What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, ideally in a D2C/startup environment Proven track record of building and scaling a brand from zero Strong experience with end-to-end campaign development Excellent understanding of PR, media strategy, influencer marketing Strategic thinker with a creative edge and sharp execution skills Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication abilities Ability to lead and manage multiple stakeholders and agency partners Nice-to-Haves Experience in high-growth D2C brands Background in lifestyle, beauty, fashion, wellness, or FMCG Hands-on with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or marketing platforms Prior leadership or team management experiencem Skills: communication,brand marketing,brand strategy,campaigns,content creation,analytical skills,marketing campaigns,communication skills,strategy,digital marketing,public relations,creative thinking,influencer marketing,d2c,consumer insights Show more Show less
