Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branding and Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enhancing brand visibility, driving lead generation, and fostering customer engagement within the real estate and construction sector. Key Responsibilities • Brand Development and Management: • Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies to strengthen market presence. • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications. • Manage and enhance the company's visual identity and messaging. • Marketing Strategy and Execution: • Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns to drive sales and engagement. • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals. • Digital Marketing: • Oversee social media management, website content, and online advertising campaigns. • Monitor analytics to optimize digital marketing performance. • Event and Campaign Management: • Plan and execute promotional events, open houses, and exhibitions to attract potential buyers and investors. • Develop creative marketing materials such as brochures, videos, and presentations. • Stakeholder Collaboration: • Build relationships with external partners, vendors, and media outlets. • Act as a brand ambassador in networking events and industry forums. • Budget and Performance Management: • Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective resource allocation. • Analyze campaign ROI and provide regular performance reports to senior management. Qualifications and Skills • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. • Experience: 8+ years in branding and marketing, preferably in the real estate or construction industry. • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms. • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
