- Ensure consistent messaging, tone, and identity across all touchpoints, aligning with the company's overall vision and objectives.
- Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and consumer insights studies to identify growth opportunities and positioning strategies.
- Marketing & Campaign Management
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, social media, print, events, and PR.
- Work closely with creative agencies, media partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies through innovative marketing initiatives.
- Brand Communication & Storytelling
- Craft compelling brand narratives that resonate with target audiences and differentiate the brand in a competitive landscape.
- Oversee content development across platforms, ensuring high-quality storytelling that reflects brand values and vision.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and leadership teams to align communication strategies with business objectives.
- Digital & Performance Marketing
- Leverage digital platforms to maximize brand reach and visibility, with a strong focus on social media, influencer partnerships, SEO/SEM, and performance marketing.
- Analyze data and campaign performance metrics to optimize ROI and improve engagement strategies.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in digital marketing, consumer behavior, and technology.
- Stakeholder & Team Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, operations, and customer success to ensure brand alignment across all business functions.
- Manage agency relationships, ensuring timely delivery of creative and strategic outputs.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and innovation.
- Experience: 4-10 years of progressive experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
- Proven track record of building, scaling, and managing successful brands.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and brand positioning.
- Expertise in digital marketing, campaign management, and analytics-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
