A renowned Food Manufacturing Company is currently hiring Brand Manager position for Bangalore location. Role & responsibilities Communication, Creatives and Content • Online (social media, CRM, website & app, aggregator platforms, PPC campaigns etc.) • Offline (in-store comms, local area marketing requirements, etc.) Photography & Videography • End-to-End project management of all content creation and shoots (planning, briefing, coordination, pre- production, execution according to brand guidelines and as per plan) • Coordination with relevant internal teams (R&D, Production, Sales, Packaging) • Managing all relevant execution partners (photographers, stylists, videographers) Agency Management • Creative & social media agency • Relevant external execution partners Administrative • Reports management - monthly reports on all key metrics across various marketing efforts • Financial management - marketing budget utilization, vendor negotiations, invoicing. • Perform regular market research studies to gather important brand data • Develop custom brand management plans for each product and submit updated summaries on brand exposure to management each month • Assist in the design of retail packaging as well as the creation of in-store marketing displays • Maintain contact with vendors and distributors to get critical input on how product design and implementation can be improved • Work closely with several advertising agencies to manage brand marketing campaigns C. Knowledge, Skills & Experience • Consumer marketing experience across any of the following industries - FMCG / Lifestyle / F&B /Retail • Experience across offline and online • Sound fundamentals of consumer marketing and brand building • Project management skills w.r.t. working with a multitude of internal stakeholders and external partners, seeing through a project / task through all stages of planning and execution • Strong communication skills (written and spoken) in Kannada, Tamil, English & Hindi • Creative problem solving (preference for high creative quotient vis-a-vis analytical abilities) • Sound working knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) D. Personality, Values & Attitude • Self-driven, proactive, extroverted, conscientious and takes ownership of projects / tasks, willingness to learn/unlearn and work in a dynamic environment, maturity to work alongside a multitude of cross-functional teams and external agencies.
