Location: Surat Job Type: Full-Time Reports To: Deepak Patel - Founder About the Brand We are an emerging diamond jewelry brand rooted in elegance, authenticity, and modern luxury. Our mission is to redefine fine jewelry with timeless designs, ethical craftsmanship, and a fresh, contemporary voice. As we prepare for our launch, we are seeking a strategic, creative, and passionate Brand Manager to help build, define, and grow our brand identity in the luxury market. Role Overview As our Brand Manager, you will play a key leadership role in shaping the brand’s story, positioning, and customer experience across all channels. You will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies, brand partnerships, digital presence, and customer engagement to build brand equity and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Identity • Define and evolve the brand’s identity, voice, and visual language across all touchpoints. • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with business goals and market positioning. • Maintain consistency in branding across product packaging, marketing materials, and communications. Marketing & Campaigns • Plan and lead multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social, influencer, PR) from concept to execution. • Develop launch strategies and ongoing promotional calendars. • Oversee the creation of marketing content including lookbooks, product photography, and video. Digital & Social Media Management • Collaborate with the digital team to optimize the brand’s website, SEO, and e-commerce strategy. • Develop and manage a compelling content calendar for social media platforms (Instagram, Pinterest etc.). • Engage with the online community, manage influencer collaborations, and grow social following. Partnerships & PR • Identify and manage strategic partnerships with stylists, influencers, media outlets, and luxury retailers. • Plan and execute PR initiatives, events, and product launches to build buzz and brand awareness. Analytics & Insights • Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activity to refine strategies. • Track KPIs, ROI, and campaign performance to inform future initiatives. Qualifications & Requirements • 3–5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in luxury, fashion, or jewelry. • Proven ability to develop and execute brand and marketing strategies. • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce. • Experience working with creative teams, agencies, and content creators. • Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills. • Creative thinker with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling. • Passion for fine jewelry, design, and the luxury customer experience.
