Ananda Vak Solutions LLP is seeking a Brand Manager who is passionate about creative storytelling, digital marketing, and building strong brand identities. In this role, you will contribute to both strategy and execution for multiple brands primarily across companies in the healthcare sector. You will collaborate closely with creative teams to deliver high-impact campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and business growth.

Role & responsibilities

  • Support brand strategy development and monthly/quarterly campaign planning
  • Create innovative content ideas tailored to platform trends and audience behaviour
  • Manage and optimize social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Develop structured briefs and guide designer and video editor to deliver on brand objectives
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience insights
  • Maintain brand consistency across messaging, aesthetics, and content formats
  • Participate confidently in client meetings, planning discussions, and performance reviews
  • Manage multiple accounts efficiently and adapt to different brand voices and industries

Preferred candidate profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or brand execution
  • Excellent English communication skills: grammar, clarity, and writing flow
  • Strong creative thinking and the ability to independently conceptualize campaigns
  • Ability to develop monthly and long-term social media strategies
  • Excellent understanding of trends, platform algorithms & content formats
  • Strong research ability to understand client services, audience behaviour & competitors
  • Ability to write clear, structured briefs and guide designers/video editors effectively
  • Experience in managing and conceptualising reels, posts, thumbnails & YouTube content
  • Confident in client meetings, planning calls, and communication
  • Strong aesthetic sense for theme selection and brand presentation
  • Ability to manage multiple clients smoothly
