Seeking a Dynamic Brand Manager for a D2C brand based in Mumbai.
• Develop and implement holistic brand strategies to drive awareness, equity, and consumer engagement.
• Lead end-to-end new product development, from ideation and formulation coordination to packaging and launch execution.
• Conduct and apply market research to derive consumer insights and identify category opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to ensure proactive brand positioning.
• Collaborate with creative, media, and PR agencies to deliver impactful marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with digital marketing, sales, R&D;, packaging, and supply chain teams.
• Manage marketing budgets, performance KPIs, and campaign analysis.
• Craft persuasive product messaging and brand storytelling across channels.
• Identify and work with influencers and content creators in the beauty and wellness space.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (mandatory).
• MBA in Marketing/Brand Management would be a plus
• 3+ years of hands-on brand management experience in FMCG or D2C personal care.
• Proven success in launching and scaling consumer brands.
