Brand Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, promotions, and campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform product development and improve merchandising decisions.
• Manage budgets for advertising, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in brand management (preferably luxury or jewellery Industry).
• Strong in digital marketing, influencer marketing, and brand storytelling.
• Excellent communication, creative thinking, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Analytics & social media tools.

Preferred

• Experience with luxury/jewellery brands.
• Knowledge of global jewellery trends & networks in fashion/luxury.

We are particularly looking for candidates who have proven experience working with luxury or jewellery brands based in Bangalore or Mumbai, and who possess strong local market understanding and networks.
