Brand Manager / Assistant Brand Manager

As a Brand Manager / Assistant Brand Manager at our company, you will be responsible for shaping the creative strategy, scaling organic growth, and making a significant impact on our fast-growing brand. Reporting directly to the Brand Marketing Director, you will have a high-ownership role that involves the following key responsibilities: - Elevating CTR across platform banners by improving creative quality including copy, visuals, and propositions - Planning and executing monthly marketing calendars along with high-performing in-app and social media campaigns - Tracking campaign performance and providing insights for continuous improvement - Managing and optimizing the monthly brand marketing budget To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications: - 5+ years of hands-on experience in Brand Management, including end-to-end campaign planning, production, and rollouts - Strong exposure to Digital & Social Media Marketing - Experience in working with fast-growing startups would be advantageous, especially if you have experience in various marketing roles - A creative thinker who excels in execution and delivering results - Adaptability, bias for action, and a strong sense of ownership Joining our team will provide you with the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can push boundaries in brand and digital marketing.
