We are Hiring a Brand & Marketing Strategy Lead for a leading FMCG Brand in India Education: MBA Marketing Mandatory (Regular Full Time Course Only) Experience: Minimum 5 Years in FMCG/Beverage/Food Industry (POST MBA) Role & Responsibilities Develop and execute brand, content, and product strategies to drive growth and market share. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing campaigns and product-led initiatives. Design and implement brand plans that align with business objectives through innovation, media, and activation strategies. Lead ATL, BTL, and TTL marketing campaigns, ensuring consumer-focused activations. Utilize consumer insights and data-driven strategies to strengthen brand equity and drive sales across key channels. Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all marketing channels, including events, digital platforms, email campaigns, and promotional materials. Develop marketing communication strategies across digital, social, PR, print, electronic media, and in-store campaigns. Spearhead the brands loyalty and rewards program in collaboration with external partners. Qualifications & Experience: In-depth knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry, with strong QSR and retail experience. Experience working with international brands in current or past roles. MBA or Post-Graduation in Marketing from a reputed Tier-2 institution with strong academic performance. International education or work experience is an added advantage. Proven experience in a reputed FMCG company with a deep understanding of the food industry. Passionate brand ambassador with hands-on experience managing loyalty/rewards programs in partnership with external agencies.
