KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive brand messaging and visual identity. Manage and maintain our brand guidelines, assets, and tone of voice in online as well as offline content/collaterals Analyze brand performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform future brand initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering EXPERIENCE THAT COUNTS: 1 to 2 years of experience. Agency experience preferred Experience working with social media platforms and creating engaging content. Knowledge of design thinking principles and human-centered design approaches. Proficiency in AI tools. Expertise in design softwares a plus. Strong brand strategy and planning skills. Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
