Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Brand Associate to lead our influencer marketing and brand collaborations . This role will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with influencers, thought leaders, and brand partners to drive visibility, engagement, and conversions . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of influencer marketing, brand campaigns, and BTL activations , with a keen eye for content performance and ROI measurement . Is this you? Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or digital marketing. Strong understanding of social media trends, influencer marketing strategies, and performance analytics . Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills . Experience in managing budgets, contracts, and performance-based collaborations . Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results. Hands-on experience with influencer marketing platforms, digital advertising, and content marketing . What You'll Do: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers and brand partners. Develop and execute influencer marketing and co-branded campaigns. Identify and collaborate with complementary brands for strategic partnerships. Plan and manage brand partnerships to amplify reach and engagement. Negotiate contracts, budgets, and deliverables for maximum ROI. Track and analyze influencer, brand partnership, and campaign performance. Plan and execute influencer-led on-ground activations, events, and BTL activities. Oversee the creation and optimization of influencer-generated content for D2C ads. Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns across channels. Pre-requisites: 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or event marketing. Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and experiential marketing . Good with Copywriting Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills . Experience managing budgets and performance-based collaborations . Hands-on experience with influencer marketing platforms and digital advertising .
