Role Description

This full-time, on-site role for a Branch Team Leader - South is based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The position involves managing day-to-day branch operations, leading a team to provide exceptional customer service, and ensuring the efficient delivery of elder care services. Responsibilities include monitoring team performance, overseeing service quality, addressing customer needs, and coordinating with healthcare partners to meet the demands of the senior care ecosystem. The individual will also manage client relationships, resolve issues, and implement strategies to enhance branch performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Proficient in computer operations and effective communication with daily-wage healthcare workers.

• Coordinate with the Branch Coordinator for daily placements and replacements.

• Handle manpower queries through phone calls and provide timely support.

• Understand patient conditions and requirements to ensure accurate caregiver placement.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the South Branch.

• Manage new caregiver registrations.

• Organize sourcing activities (in-house and external).

• Build tie-ups with various organisations and agencies for manpower sourcing.

• Coordinate with members for placement, replacement, service requests, or complaints.

• Candidates with medical knowledge or experience working with daily-wage workers will be given preference.

Salary:

₹18,000 to ₹22,000 CTC, based on relevant work experience.
