This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in hospitality sales and operations. --- Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the branch team to achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to promote holiday memberships and hotel/resort packages. Oversee day-to-day branch operations including customer handling, events, and client meetings. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive referrals and repeat business. Recruit, train, and motivate telecallers and sales executives to maximize performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, reporting, and financial controls. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and local opportunities to grow branch business. Handle escalated customer queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. --- Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Hospitality / Sales (MBA preferred). 4–6 years of experience in hospitality, timeshare, or direct sales industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
