Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Branch Sales Manager located in Kolkata. The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for managing branch operations and driving sales to meet business targets. Key responsibilities include achieving branch sales goals, actively partnering with product teams, coordinating with the operations department, managing client portfolios, ensuring high-quality customer service, providing team leadership, and adhering to compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Sales and Business Development skills, including expertise in building and managing a client base and achieving targets
• Team Leadership and Management skills, with experience in mentoring and motivating teams
• Customer Relationship Management and Customer Service skills to ensure a high level of client satisfaction
• Knowledge of banking processes, compliance standards, and the ability to handle branch operations effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members
• Proficiency in local and regional market knowledge is an added advantage
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in banking, financial services, or a similar role would be beneficial
