Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage branch operations, ensuring efficient day-to-day activities and effective use of resources.
Lead a team of Relationship Officers to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance overall performance.
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling products.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business expansion.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-7 years of experience in retail banking or related field.
Strong understanding of financial services industry regulations and best practices.
Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
