Job Description

As a Branch Manager, your role involves overseeing the operations and growth of the branch to ensure the defined performance targets are achieved. Your key responsibilities include: - Branch Process Management: - Execute the defined strategy to achieve branch performance targets. - Create a demand funnel and meet sales forecasts by maintaining strong client relationships. - Manage branch growth and profitability by staying competitive and adjusting sales strategies. - Expand and retain the customer base for affordable home loans through strong client/channel partner relationships. - Develop direct and indirect sourcing channels for a defined source mix. - Capitalize on business opportunities, builder tie-ups, and joint promotional activities with developers. - Facilitate new location development to penetrate new markets and increase business. - Ensure smooth functioning of the lending process at all stages. - Manage post-sales customer/channel partner escalation. - Co-ordinate key departments and strategize lending product roadmap. - Manage branch operating costs and monitor book quality to minimize delinquency. - Support the closure of stress accounts in collaboration with the collections team. - Team Management: - Optimize team productivity by managing sales managers effectively. - Collaborate with departments and lead the SM & RM team through hiring, training, reward, and recognition. - Responsible for overall administrative functioning and maintaining active distribution span of control. - Industry & Governance: - Stay updated on market trends and competitor intelligence to develop effective sales and marketing strategies. - Establish internal controls for legal compliance and conduct periodic audits for non-compliance detection. - Ensure strong understanding of markets, competition, and products to provide feedback for market competitiveness. - Ensure compliance with all Audit/NHB regulations and company policies and procedures. Qualifications Required: - Graduate - Desired Experience: Minimum 4 - 6 years in the field In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the branch's success by effectively managing processes, teams, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.,
