Branch Sales Manager

Job Summary:

Responsible for driving project sales of LV switchgear products such as MCB, RCCB, RCBO, MCCB, ACB, and SPD within the assigned territory. The role focuses on business development, client relationship management, and ensuring revenue growth through project-based sales.

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and generate project sales opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
• Promote and sell switchgear products like MCBs, RCCBs, RCBOs, MCCBs, ACBs, and SPDs.
• Build and maintain relationships with electrical consultants, architects, EPCs, builders, contractors, and end clients.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, proposal submissions, and negotiation closures.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor project pipeline and convert leads into orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, delivery, and post-sales support.
• Drive business growth with the team through a  structured process for Engagement with Customers, Review of project Funnel and achieve Sales budget consistently.
• Build and Manage the project Pipeline of the team by maintaining a focus on segments, and through a disciplined review process.
• Understand customer portfolio and personally monitor development and revenue from transactional customers like contractors, panel builders, builders, OEMs in commercial residential and retail segments.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in project sales, preferably in switchgear/electrical industry.
• Strong understanding of LV switchgear products and project sales cycle.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel for project/client coordination
