Branch Sales Manager

As a Branch Sales Manager-EIL at EIL, your primary responsibility will be to source loans from the market using DSAs/DSTs and existing channel partners to build a high-quality portfolio. You will manage a team, cultivate strong relationships, promote cooperation, and effectively communicate across various platforms. It is crucial to ensure compliance with the established policies and guidelines while executing tasks that support sales while mitigating risks in alignment with the bank's overarching goals.
