We are working in automobile industry since last 40 years as super stockist of spare parts with almost all two and four wheeler like TVS, Bajaj, Hero, Royal Enfield, HONDA and four wheeler company like Maruti Suzuki, Volkswagen, Mahindra, Hundai etc. in India and our head office is located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

Work Experience and qualification:-

  • Total min 5–8 years in Sales & Business Development with at least 2 years in a Field Sales Team Management role.
  • Bachelors OR Masters in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.

Basic Key Skills:-

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of the Lucknow market and local customer behavior.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office like V/H-Look up, Pivot Table, and CRM tools.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi.

Job Profile:-

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Sales Manager to lead our Lucknow branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a sales team and ensuring excellent customer service. The candidate should possess strong leadership and strategic planning skills with a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Manage daily branch operations to achieve sales targets and profitability.
  • Lead, mentor and monitor a team of sales executives/relationship managers.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the Lucknow region.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions for the sales team.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations promptly.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product and operations teams to enhance customer engagement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and MIS for management review.

Job Location:- Transport Nagar, Lucknow

Remuneration & Benefits:-

  • CTC per month:- Rs. 45,000-50,000/- per month (Negotiable) + Travelling Allowance
