Branch Sales Manager (DSA)

Roles & Responsibilities: -

1. DSA Channel Development & Management

• Identify, onboard, and activate new DSAs to expand the sourcing network for unsecured business loans.
  
• Maintain strong relationships with existing DSAs, ensuring consistent sourcing quality and volume.
  
• Conduct regular meetings, training, and performance reviews with DSAs to improve productivity.
  
• Ensure DSAs comply with company policies, documentation standards, and regulatory guidelines.
  

2. Sales Target Achievement

• Drive business loan sourcing through the DSA channel to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  
• Analyze daily and weekly sales numbers; implement corrective measures to achieve branch goals.
  
• Monitor lead conversion ratios and enhance funnel management through continuous engagement.
  

3. Credit & Risk Coordination

• Work closely with the credit team to ensure timely processing and approval of loan applications.
  
• Review application files before submission to minimize rejection rates.
  
• Ensure adherence to credit policies and minimize risk by maintaining quality sourcing.
  

4. Operational & Process Compliance

• Ensure accurate documentation and smooth processing of applicant files from login to disbursement.
  
• Adhere to regulatory and company compliance guidelines, maintaining high audit standards.
  
• Work with internal teams (operations, credit, collections) to resolve bottlenecks quickly.
  

5. Market Intelligence & Strategy

• Track competitor activities, market trends, and product innovations to stay ahead of the market.
  
• Provide feedback to product and senior management to improve offerings and policies.
  
• Identify new business segments, industries, and geographies to enhance branch performance.
  

6. Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain relationships with key customers sourced through DSAs to ensure repeat business.
  
• Resolve escalations related to loan processing, documentation, or service issues.
