Job Description

Manage and market bench consultants to clients, vendors, and partners for quick placements.
Identify suitable job requirements and submit qualified consultants for open positions.
Build and maintain strong vendor and client relationships to generate new business.
Negotiate rates and contracts with clients and vendors.
Lead and mentor a team of bench sales recruiters to achieve placement targets.
Track consultant status, compliance, and documentation (H1B, OPT, GC, etc.).
Prepare and maintain reports on submissions, interviews, and placements.
Analyze market trends and develop strategies to maximize bench utilization and revenue.
Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

1015 years of experience in US IT Staffing, including 5+ years in bench sales management.
Strong knowledge of US visa types (H1B, OPT, GC, etc.) and recruitment process.
Good understanding of IT technologies and market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Proven track record in consultant marketing and client/vendor relationship management.
Leadership ability to guide and motivate a sales team.
Proficient in job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn) and ATS/CRM tools.
Target-driven, proactive, and result-oriented professional.
