Role & responsibilities Responsible for achieving the sales Targets Must have legal and technical knowledge Ensure the Team of Relationship managers & Sales officers are motivated and deliver on the target Experience in Affordable LAP ismust. Must know the entire channels / DSA operating in local market and ensure enrolment of DSAs. Must know the topography well Preferred candidate profile Must have thorough product knowledge. Assertive, go getter, with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Should be a good team player and people manager Should be confident and self-motivated. Must have experience in AFFORDABLE LAP Ability to Analyze numbers and take necessary action to improve shortfalls Ability to multi-task and deliver qualitative outputs consistently.
