Job Description

A Branch Relationship Manager (BRM) in AU Small Finance Bank manages a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, focusing on financial advisory, portfolio management, and cross-selling products. The job involves acquiring new HNI customers, enhancing existing relationships, ensuring profitability, and providing comprehensive banking and wealth management solutions. The role also includes meeting revenue budgets, recording sales activity in a CRM system, and ensuring compliance. Key responsibilities

  • Client Management:

    Manage a portfolio of High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all banking and investment needs.
  • Financial Advisory:

    Provide financial advisory services and create tailored investment portfolios based on client risk profiles.
  • Business Development:

    Acquire new HNI customers and deepen existing relationships to increase the "share of wallet" and customer profitability.
  • Sales and Revenue:

    Achieve sales budgets and revenue targets through both third-party product sales and cross-selling other bank products.
  • Portfolio Growth:

    Grow the Liabilities and Investment business from the HNI segment by acquiring new customers and increasing CASA balances.
  • Risk Management:

    Proactively identify potential problem accounts and develop strategies to mitigate risk.
  • Customer Service:

    Provide excellent service to HNI clients and manage their migration to electronic banking channels.
  • Compliance and Reporting:

    Ensure all sales activities are recorded correctly in the CRM system and adhere to compliance and control measures.
